The villages we serve
Perranporth
The main town. We deal with the steep hills and tight parking near the beach almost daily.
Goonhavern
Located on the A3075. Typically larger properties with driveways, making access easier than in the town.
Bolingey
A small hamlet. The lanes around Mill Road and Chapel Hill are very narrow, so we use smaller vans.
Crantock
A popular coastal village. Parking is at a premium, especially in the summer months.
Cubert
Inland from the coast. Generally good access for larger vans.
Holywell Bay
A coastal village with a mix of residential homes and holiday lets.
Penhallow
Rural properties and farm buildings where we often clear out garages and barns.
St Newlyn East
An inland village with easier road access and less traffic.
Access notes by area
We understand that access is half the battle when clearing a property. Here is what we plan for:
- Perranporth centre. Permit parking on St Pirans Road, double yellows on Beach Road and St George's Hill. Summer visitor traffic restricts turning space.
- Bolingey. Rural lanes on Mill Road and Chapel Hill. Narrow approach, smaller van required.
- Goonhavern. Straightforward access via the A3075. Larger jobs are easier here than on the coast.
- St Agnes. Steeper valley roads and tighter residential streets typical of the former mining village.
