Items that cost more to dispose of
Some items cannot be taken to a standard recycling centre and require specialist disposal, so they carry a small surcharge. This is always agreed before we start.

How to book a collection
1. Tell us what you have
Call or message with a rough idea of what needs to go. Photos are very helpful.
2. Pick a time
We can usually do same-week collections, and sometimes same-day if you call early.
3. We clear it
We arrive, load the rubbish, and sweep up any mess left behind.
Where does the rubbish go?
We sort everything before we leave the site. Metal, cardboard, and electrical items are recycled. Furniture in good condition is often donated or sold. Anything that cannot be recycled is taken to a licensed waste transfer station.
We are a registered waste carrier, so you don't have to worry about your waste being fly-tipped.

Questions about rubbish removal
Do I have to move the rubbish outside?
No. As long as our team can access it inside the property or garage, we will carry it out to the van.
Can you collect from an upstairs flat?
Yes. We carry items down stairs, but please let us know in advance if there are many flights.
Can you take garden soil?
We can take small amounts of soil from pots. For large amounts (like clearing a garden), we need to quote separately as soil is very heavy.
Do you charge for the quote?
No, quotes are completely free.
How quickly can you come?
We can usually attend within two days.
